Cut-Off Time:  360 minutes (six hours)

• For the 30K course, a medical report or an athlete license with an expired visa is required.
• A health report obtained after March 7 or an athlete license valid until September 7, 2025 is required. Our athletes must upload these reports to the apphurra site where they registered before coming to the kit distribution.
• A health report (obtained 6 months before September 7, 2025) or an athlete license whose visa has not expired is required.
• Only registered runners can participate in the race.
• Registrations will be made via the website www.belgradultra.com.
• The last registration date is August 27, 2025 at 23:59 PM
• The deadline for track changes is 5 August 2025 at 17:00 PM It is not possible to switch to a track where the participant limit has been reached.
• The maximum number of participants is limited to 1000 people. Registrations will be closed without waiting for the registration deadline when this limit is reached.
• Each registration is personal. No registration transfer or substitution of a participant will be allowed.
• One person has the right to change the course at most once.
• Each competitor must collect their own kit by presenting their own ID. No kit will be given to anyone else.
• During kit distribution, mandatory equipment checks are performed and kits are delivered. In addition, your mandatory equipment will be checked at certain CPs within the course. Penalties stated in the rules will be given.
• Each contestant must obtain the consent form by signing it.
• Competitors who are 18+ years of age can participate in our course .
• All finishers will be given a commemorative medal.

• Timing Chip (to be provided by the organization)

• Mobile Phone (Organization emergency numbers must be registered.)
• Water Container (minimum 1 liter)
• Mug or Glass (Minimum 15cl)
• Emergency Blanket – Aluminum (minimum 1.4m x 2m)
• Whistle
• Elastic Tape for Bandage (minimum 100x6cm)
• Hat or bandana
• Backpack/Waist Bag for Carrying Materials
• Food (enough for 7/3 hours)
• Waterproof Jacket or Raincoat  (May be required depending on weather conditions.)

Note: Walking sticks (baton) can be used. If you use them, you must carry them until the end of the race, they cannot be left at the checkpoints.
